Sedney Institute – Trainer Pay Rates
1. Pay Structure

Per Course: Trainers may receive a fixed fee for designing and delivering a complete course.

Hourly Rate: Payment based on the number of teaching or live session hours.

Revenue Share (Optional): Some trainers may earn a percentage of enrollment fees for their course.
2. Payment Terms

Payments are made monthly or per course, depending on agreement.

Trainers submit invoices after course delivery or at agreed intervals(system-automated based on number of sessions log-in)

Payments are processed via bank transfer or paypal or mobile money (Mpesa)
3. Notes
