Sedney Institute – Trainer Pay Rates

1. Pay Structure

• Per Course: Trainers may receive a fixed fee for designing and delivering a complete course.

• Hourly Rate: Payment based on the number of teaching or live session hours.

• Revenue Share (Optional): Some trainers may earn a percentage of enrollment fees for their course.

2. Payment Terms

• Payments are made monthly or per course, depending on agreement.

• Trainers submit invoices after course delivery or at agreed intervals(system-automated based on number of sessions log-in)

• Payments are processed via bank transfer or paypal or mobile money (Mpesa)

3. Notes

• Experienced trainers or trainers with specialized skills may negotiate higher rates.

• Rates can be adjusted based on course complexity, number of learners, and course duration.
