The Institute has received a No Objection Letter from the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA), confirming that there is no regulatory objection to Sedney Institute operating and offering training services within the TVET ecosystem, subject to compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.

A No Objection Letter does not constitute accreditation or registration by TVETA, but affirms regulatory awareness and institutional intent to comply with TVET requirements.
