Topics include customer service best practices, complaint resolution, and follow-up strategies.

  4. Sales Techniques and Negotiation: Students will develop advanced sales techniques and negotiation skills. This module covers strategies for overcoming objections, handling price objections, and negotiating win-win deals. Students will learn how to negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
