Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Education or a related field.
Experience in teaching K-12 students, preferably in a virtual or blended learning environment.
Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams).
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage virtual classrooms effectively.
A passion for fostering an engaging and inclusive learning atmosphere.
