Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Management Instructor, you will:

• Teach foundational and advanced business concepts, including management principles, organizational behavior, strategic planning, and leadership development.

• Deliver lessons on financial management, marketing, human resource management, and operations.

• Incorporate real-world business scenarios and case studies to provide practical insights.

• Train students in business communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Guide students on developing and presenting business plans and proposals.

• Evaluate students’ knowledge through assignments, group projects, and presentations.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in business to maintain a relevant and current curriculum.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field (a Master’s Degree is preferred).

• Professional certifications or training in business-related fields is an added advantage.

• At least 2 years of experience in business management, administration, or a related field.

• Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in business tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and presentation software.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
