We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Management Instructor to join our faculty and inspire the next generation of HR professionals.

Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Human Resource Management Instructor, you will:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lessons in Human Resource Management, including topics such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, labor laws, and organizational behavior.

• Prepare course materials, case studies, and hands-on projects that reflect real-world HR scenarios.

• Guide students in understanding HR best practices, compliance, and the latest industry trends.

• Foster critical thinking and problem-solving through practical exercises and discussions.

• Assess student performance through assignments, presentations, and exams.

• Provide mentorship and career guidance for students pursuing HR careers.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• A Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Teaching experience in HRM or related disciplines at a vocational, technical, or higher education institution (preferred).

• Hands-on experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Manager, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• Strong knowledge of HR software systems, labor laws, and HR compliance standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

• Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CHRP, CIPD, SHRM) are highly desirable.
