Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
A Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Teaching experience in HRM or related disciplines at a vocational, technical, or higher education institution (preferred).
Hands-on experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Manager, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong knowledge of HR software systems, labor laws, and HR compliance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CHRP, CIPD, SHRM) are highly desirable.
